You hold one account. Each client property is a site. You get one invoice. Your clients each get a portal.

Apply for reseller access

Email us with a brief description of your business — number of properties or clients, typical extinguisher counts, and your billing timeline. We'll send back a custom quote same day.

Add your client sites

From your reseller dashboard, provision a new site for each property or client. Import their existing extinguisher inventory via CSV. Each site is fully isolated — clients only see their own data.

Assign inspectors and inspect

Your field team uses the iOS or Android app. Inspectors can be assigned to specific sites or work across your entire portfolio. Everything syncs automatically — no manual uploads.

Reseller questions

Can I bill my clients more than I pay FireProof?
Yes — completely. Your pricing to your clients is entirely your business. Some resellers bundle FireProof into a monthly compliance service fee. Others bill it as a pass-through line item with a margin. We have no visibility into or restrictions on how you structure your client contracts.
Do my clients know they're using FireProof?
Not necessarily. At Professional and Enterprise tiers, the Customer Portal your clients see can display your company name and logo. The inspector app will show the FireProof name (required for App Store compliance), but the client-facing dashboard can be white-labeled. We can discuss the specifics of your branding requirements on the sales call.
What's the minimum number of sites to qualify?
Technically none — but reseller pricing makes the most sense starting around 5–10 sites. Below that, the standard Professional plan ($149/month, up to 3 properties) or Enterprise plan is usually the better fit. Email us and we'll point you toward whichever option makes more financial sense for your situation.
Can I add and remove sites as clients come and go?
Yes. Sites can be provisioned and deprovisioned as your client relationships change. Your monthly invoice adjusts based on active site count. We'll work out the specific terms — proration, minimum commitments, etc. — during the quote process.
What happens to a client's data if they leave?
If a client relationship ends, you can export all of their inspection records as PDF and CSV before deprovisioning the site. Inspection records are retained for 7 years per our standard data retention policy, and can be provided to the client on request. Their data is always theirs.
How long does it take to get a reseller account set up?
We can typically have a reseller account configured and your first sites provisioned within 24–48 hours of agreement. Data import for existing inventory can run in parallel. Most resellers have their first sites actively inspecting within a week of signing.
